It’s made by wrapping a steel strip around a steel tube to reinforce it, and it’s a high-efficiency heat transfer part with spiral fins. Its heat transfer area is several times—even dozens of times—bigger than that of a plain tube.
This spiral fin tube is a heat-dissipating component specifically designed to fix the problems with in-line fins and wound fins. It has good anti-corrosion properties, plus it’s more resistant to wear. It’s super stable too—hardly ever breaks during use, which means it lasts longer.

Packing and Shipping
Boiler fin tubes are packaged up in wooden crates or cardboard boxes. Each tube gets its own cardboard sleeve for extra protection. Then the crates go onto a pallet, and everything’s covered with a waterproof tarp to keep the tubes safe while they’re being shipped.
How we ship ’em depends on the size and how many you’re ordering. For smaller orders, we use small package delivery services like UPS or FedEx. If it’s a bigger order, we’ll go with freight companies such as R&L Carriers or Estes Express.
